This promotion is available for homeowners located within the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley region, including but not limited to: West Vancouver/North Vancouver/Vancouver/Burnaby/Richmond/New Westminster/Delta/Surrey/White Rock/Langley/Aldergrove/Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows/Coquitlam/Port Coquitlam/Port Moody/Abbotsford/Mission/Chilliwack Homes outside these areas may not qualify or may be subject to additional travel charges. To qualify for the Gas Furnace Filter Trade-In Program, the following conditions must be met: • The home must have a gas furnace as the primary heating system • The furnace must be 10 years old or older • The homeowner must trade in their used furnace filter during the visit • The property must be a residential home Eligible property types include: Single family homes/Duplex homes/Townhouses Apartment buildings and commercial properties are not eligible. • Only one filter trade-in per household is allowed during the promotional period. • The technician will verify system eligibility during the visit. • Additional repairs, maintenance, or system upgrades are not included in this program and will be quoted separately. • The promotion is available for a limited time and may be modified or cancelled without prior notice. • The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified. The free replacement filter provided under this program is limited to standard 1-inch furnace filters in the following sizes only: • 16 × 20 × 1 • 16 × 25 × 1 Replacement filters provided are standard MERV-8 filters. Homes requiring: Other filter sizes 4" or 5" media filters Electronic air cleaners High-performance filtration systems are not included in this promotion, but replacement filters may be purchased at standard pricing. During the visit will also perform a basic furnace inspection, which may include: • Visual inspection of the furnace • Airflow and filter housing check • Basic safety inspection • General system condition review If safety issues or maintenance needs are discovered, recommendations will be provided separately.
